Here are few recent photographs of our club.

We do focus on teaching practical self-defence that works in real life because most of us aren't natural gymnasts! Having said that, there's a bit of fun for you at the end - our Senior Instructor, Kev Elliott, showcasing some of our more advanced kicks - but don't worry, we don't expect everyone to be able to do this!
